A transformational weekend workshop retreat with Steven Fletcher

Our lives are a series of stories. They are what make us human. This tapestry is fundamental to who we are. Some threads appear negative, others positive; some dark and some light. Taken together they are the fabric that makes us unique children of the Universe.
This weekend retreat will help you accept and harmonize the rich threads in your life. Through the process of this retreat you will discover your own previously unknown stories and begin to utilize them for healing and personal growth. Meditative walks, yoga, flute music, and other outdoor activities will round out the weekend.

Steven Fletcher is a author, storyteller, musician, and songwriter from California who has lived much of his life overseas, mostly in Africa. His books and music are available through Gentle Place Publishing. They include two collections of stories, Still Reflections: Stories of the Heart, and In the Glow of Understanding. The stories are warmly colored by his exposure to and love for different peoples of the world.

Leeland Valley is situated in a beautiful, secluded valley with grassy fields and flowing creek surrounded by forest.  This wonderful outdoor setting will give you a chance to behold the beauty of the natural world while being with new and old friends.

Cost: $150, includes 6 meals and program.

Accommodations (per night): Camping $10. House space, $15. Private room (limited): 1 person - $35, two persons - $40

Directions to Leeland Valley:   Off of Pea Ridge Road, ten minutes from Frankfort. From Interstate 64 (exit 53B), follow US 127 north about 2.5 miles to KY 1005. There is a BP station on the left corner. Turn left at the light, turn right at the stop sign, and continue on KY 1005 (Devils Hollow Rd.) for 0.8 mile. After passing a school on the left, turn left at the gas station onto Pea Ridge Rd. and drive 1.5 miles. Turn right onto King Lane, drive 0.2 mile to the end of the paved road, and continue straight and downhill on the gravel lane 0.4 mile to Leeland Valley. When the lane forks, go downhill.
